If COVID-19 has you feeling concerned about your wellbeing, our dedicated coronavirus mental wellbeing support service is available any time of the day or night.
Based on your specific needs, our trained counsellors will provide advice and information, and will direct you where to turn for further support.
The cost of a local call applies (could be more from mobiles).
Help for people who are deaf or hard of hearing
People who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment can contact us by phone using the National Relay Service.
Help for people for whom English is not their first language
People who do not use English as their first language can get free translation support from the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National).*
* The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is an interpreting service provided by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection for people who do not speak English and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.

The Beyond Blue online forums are a safe and informative space to chat with other members of the community. There is a dedicated discussion group ‘Coping during the Coronavirus Pandemic’ that is all about supporting and learning from each other during this challenging time.

Speak with a NewAccess Coach
Developed by Beyond Blue, NewAccess is a free and confidential one-on-one coaching program. It is designed for anyone who is feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed about everyday life issues, such as work, study, relationships, health or loneliness. The program offers up to six sessions using Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practices, and aims to help people break the cycle of negative or unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
